En niet te vergeten: Win/Win & Jaap wonnen dit weekend in Berlijn de Prix Europa Genève voor Best Script. Een prijs met een wel heel toepasselijke trofee.
Uit het Juryrapport: "[...] This very high standard [of the submissions] gave the jury a challenging and enjoyable task. They were looking for writing that showed an enthusiasm for what film can do that no other medium can. They expected originality of setting and theme and above all characters that were both engaging but with a difference which had the potential to take the story in unexpected directions. [...] The winning film has a very special character, that enters a particular world [...] it is used as a strange land where Ivan gains an understanding of where he belongs in the real world."
